Portsmouth man’s body found in rural Suffolk field; man with same name was person of interest

The body of Antwan Faulcon, 48, was found near the intersection of Old South Quay Road and Harvest Drive after authorities were called at about 9 a.m. First responders attempted medical aid to Faulcon, but he was declared dead at the scene. The Suffolk Police Department said the circumstances of his death were under investigation. No cause of death was provided. When asked for a cause of a death, a Suffolk police spokesperson would only say there was an investigation underway. Pedestrian dies following crash with motor vehicle in Chesapeake

A man who authorities said had been hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Clearfield Avenue and Discovery Drive was found by first responders around 12:15 a.m. The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was rendered medical aid but later died from his injuries, according to the Chesapeake Police Department. The identity of the man has not been released. The collision is under investigation, police said.
